Alberto’s Restaurant opened its doors in 2004 to serve both our local clientele and guests of the adjacent Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites.
Under the direction of Food and Beverage Director John Kopinski, Alberto’s offers an American-fare menu featuring fresh ingredients grown by local farmers and producers, while delivering a consistently delicious experience to our patrons.
Partnering with local Angus beef farmers, Ashland Meats, serving Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee, working with well-recognized brands, and providing you with a friendly staff, Alberto’s Restaurant and Banquets wants to make your experience with us memorable.

Alberto’s has also expanded to offer complete special occasion offerings and catering to our clients. Alberto’s Banquets has two banquets facilities that can host up to 300 guests each for any special occasion, social event, conference or meeting, as well as many smaller rooms that can host groups from 40 to 120. With over 10,000 sq. ft. of meeting areas, Alberto’s can also arrange for any time of classroom sittings from small to large audiences. In addition, we partner up with adjacent Holiday Inn and Suites for overnight accommodations.
