Easter Brunch at Alberto’s Restaurant in Carol Stream (at Holiday Inn & Suites) has become an annual tradition. This year, our lavish Easter Brunch with Unlimited Mimosas returns on Sunday, April 16, 2017. Reservations are being taken for sittings staring at 10:30 am through 1:30 pm. This is Executive Chef Jason Burton’s first Easter Brunch at Alberto’s Restaurant. He has designed an Easter Brunch menu which will, no doubt, reflect his and his staff’s top-notch talent.
This year’s menu will include the following selections:
Salad Bar – Mixed Green Salad, Pasta Salad, Jell-O Salad, Caesar Salad
Seafood Station – Shrimp Cocktail, Smoked Salmon
International Cheese and Meat Board
Omelet and Waffle Station – Ham, Mushroom, Cheddar Cheese, Onion, Green Pepper, Bacon, Sausage, Spinach, Tomato
Breakfast Buffet – Eggs Benedict, Shredded Hash Browns, Bacon, Sausage Links , French Toast, Broccoli Soufflé, Crêpes With Orange Sauce, Scrambled Eggs
Carving Station – Prime Rib of Beef, Oven Roasted Turkey, Smoked Bone-in Ham
Entrée Station – Chicken Marsala, Baked Tilapia in a Lemon Caper Butter Sauce, Barbeque Rib Tips, Roasted Pork Loin with Château Dumplings, Rice Pilaf, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Chef’s Choice Pasta, Vegetable
Dessert Station – Assorted Pastries, Desserts, Chocolate Fountain
Kids’ Buffet – Mac and Cheese, Tarter Tots, Cheese Pizza
